She has been married to Ernie for nearly 7 years and between them they have bought and sold many properties using technology and her personality to ensure the sales are completed with all parties happy. Ernie is a hands-on, honest person with exceptional lifetime experience in business at the highest Executive and Senior management levels. Having negotiated many multinational million dollar-plus projects, Ernie believes in thinking outside the box! Quite often you will hear him quote, “The only thing constant is change”. This ideal, coupled with lateral thinking and proactive new approaches, led both he and Duean to establish Isan Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 2016.
Ernie’s business background in Private Business Consulting has helped many companies achieve success through identifying opportunities that may have been previously overlooked, coupled with a decisive plan to make changes that ensure success. Ernie’s role is to oversee the entire operation, develop new approaches to sales and marketing, identify areas of improvement, thus allowing Isan Real Estate to provide a unique and exclusive service which will rival the best in the world.
